Store Policy
At Loralei’s, our biggest goal is to well serve our fabulously loyal customers. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to try and make it better!
Here is a simple run-down of the rules and procedures for returns:


  • Items can be returned for store credit only, issued in the form of a gift card either in store or sent via email. We cannot issue refunds. Once you are issued your store credit, it will expire in exactly six months of the issue date, so be sure to use it!
  • All returns must be received within 10 days* of the date you received the item.
  • Anything purchased with any form of personalization is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
  • Anything purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
  • Final Sale Items such as, bralettes/bras/bandeaus, leggings/yoga pants, hair accessories/hats/beanies, swimwear, undergarments, socks and eyewear. Due to hygienic purposes, there will be NO EXCEPTIONS on these items. Product details will state if an item is final sale.
  • Returned items must remain un-washed and unworn, and free from any smoke smells and pet hair with tags attached.
  • Shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end.
  • We do not cover any shipping costs. Customers are responsible for shipping costs.
  • Seezle orders will be minimum purchase of $24 and if you need to return a Seezle purchased item, you will receive store credit and your payment is still due to them on your payment schedule. 
  • Magnetic Lashes are Final Sale due to hygienic  reasons. 
  • Earrings are Final Sale due to hygienic reasons. 
  • Cancellations Prior to Shipping will incur a 5% fee for fees associated with online order.
